At Siam Kitchen Academy, raw material allocations, kitchen station bookings, and fresh ingredient sourcing are fully coordinated days prior to each cooking class batch. Because of this structural planning requirement, our registration fees maintain specific cancellation boundaries:
All confirmed course bookings and online checkout fees processed for specified calendar batches are strictly non-refundable. Once raw material slots are allocated to a client profile, structural costs are locked.
If a student is unable to attend due to unforeseen conflicts, they must inform our administrative support line at minimum 7 days prior to the scheduled class date. Approval may be granted to forward your slot credit to a future class intake within a 60-day window, subject to slot availability.
In rare instances where an intake batch cannot run due to technical kitchen maintenance or severe instructor emergencies, Siam Kitchen Academy will provide affected students with an immediate choice of either a full 100% financial refund or an automatic upgrade transfer to the next priority intake batch.
